The reward for placements is awarded in set amounts of Gold and Reputation with the Sea Dogs. Silver is a currency only applicable in Arena matches. Pirates score Silver for various actions, such as cashing in the Sea Dog Chest or battling other players and ships. The crew that earns the most Silver in the 15 minute match wins. Once the chest has been sold, another one will appear. One stationary Sea Dog outpost is placed on each map that houses Sea Dog Agents who accept the Chest for additional Silver points. The location of the Chest is marked by a beacon seen by all crews.
